Registered Physiotherapist, Health Centre

The PT works independently & as part of the larger interdisciplinary team, across the spectrum of ages & conditions.

This job is ideal for the person who is interested in having a varied caseload, which might include musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiovascular diagnoses, from paediatrics to geriatrics. The PT’s primary responsibility will be in general outpatients, but will also include some inpatients & continuing care.

The rehab department supports a 14 inpatient bed hospital & a small LTC facility; the team also provides services to other communities, virtually or face to face.

Our PT's work closely with the orthopaedic surgeon when (s)he travels to our community for clinics.

The PT will be required to provide professional, competent, and compassionate care to our clients and will consistently demonstrate effective communication, appropriate documentation, a team-centered approach to care, and commitment to continuing education.

Driver's license required.

Degree in PT.

Eligible for CPA membership.
